A Snapshot of Constituent Views on California’s Energy and Environment Priorities, State Spending and Equity

Hear how Californians from different communities and regions view the state’s policies relating to air quality, GHG emission reductions and other environmental and energy policy goals.


We surveyed over 2,000 Californian’s across the entire state to gauge current attitudes and opinions on policy and investments to achieve climate, clean air and energy goals. From the Gold Coast to the Foothills and Sierra Nevada to the Central Valley and Inland Empire, this recent survey provides timely and valuable insights on constituent views on current policies meet constituents’ expectations, and how they measure up to other communities and regions across the state.

The Diesel Technology Forum hosted an invitation-only review of the survey findings.  The presentation provided insights into how Californians from different communities and regions view the state’s policies relating to air quality, greenhouse gas emission reductions and other environmental and energy policy goals.
