EPA Grant OK'd For Canton Local School Buses

The Canton Local School District is getting a $154,848 federal grant to cut diesel emissions from the district's school buses.

The money from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Clean School Bus USA program will be used to retrofit 24 buses with filters to reduce diesel emissions and to help replace two polluting 1988 school buses. Read the full story.
