California ports order Volvo, Mack trucks, Fleet Owner

The Fleet Owner: The Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach have ordered 100 Volvo VNL 300 day/cabs and 100 Mack Pinnacle Axle Back day/cabs for the initial phase of their Clean Trucks Program. That initiative will see the ports replace the more than 16,000 drayage units currently serving container operations with modern, environmentally friendly trucks. Read the full article here.
