Audi TT 2.0 TDI Coupe Quattro And TT Roadster 2.0 TDI
Audi has announced its new pair of TDI TTs, the Audi TT 2.0 TDI Coupe Quattro and the Audi TT Roadster 2.0 TDI Quattro. The new series-line marks the first production sports cars to feature a diesel engine for the company.
The 2.0-liter engines produce 140 horsepower with 285.15 pound-feet of torque. However, the real selling point here is that the pair gets 44.38 mpg and 42.77 mpg, respectively.
The Coupe is capable of 0-62 mph in 7.5 seconds with a top speed of 140 mph. The Roadster is a bit slower with a 0-62 mph time of 7.6 seconds and a top speed of 138 mph. The TT TDI Quattro, obviously, has all-wheel drive with 85 percent of the power going to the front and 15 percent to the back.
