Arizona Governor Reduces Emissions Through Executive Order

Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano issued an Executive Order on January 11 regarding strategies to reduce particulate emissions in Maricopa and surrounding counties.  These strategies include the development of incentives for retrofitting existing diesel engines on the road today as well as increasing the use of newer clean diesel technologies.
